On 16-17 April, TAFISA's Board Member Jacqueline Kronenburg, TAFISA's Secretary General Jean-François Laurent, and TAFISA Europe Co-Chair Patrik Perosa attended the 2024 edition of the EU Sport Forum in Liège, Belgium. Together, they had the opportunity to meet and discuss with numerous members and partners, including the EU Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth, Iliana Ivanova.
In the run-up to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the European sports community at the Forum discussed integrity, sustainability, youth in a digital age, and gender equality. The event promoted the exchange of perspectives on sports policies, contributing to the collective advancement of the European sports landscape. Brainstorming and exchange sessions also took place for stakeholders to support the EU in formulating its future sports policies.
